DT Serum, Primary Testing In Progress

Gaster was a little confused by this, but he threw away the paper towels and went to the door. "Hi, Geena." He smiled.

Geena smiled, her cheeks red from Lex' yelling.  "I brought you a couple of pies.  Pumpkin.  I hope you like them."

Gaster blushed a little and smiled. "You didn't have to do that." He said before he invited her in.

"I know, but I wanted to help," Geena said, stepping inside.  "I've had to deal with a family member laid up before, I know how even a little something to eat can help."

"Well, thank you very much. I'll put this in the fridge." Gaster said. "Oh, and that is Ashton and Lex. They are going to be staying here because they have brothers here." He explained as he went to the kitchen.

Ashton waved a little at Geena, although he stayed a bit wary of the new, older person.

"Hello, you two," Geena smiled, returning Ashton's wave.  "Let me guess.  You, Ashton, are Shuni's brother, and Lex, you are True's brother."
"Good guess, what gave it away?" Lex asked dryly.
"The hair," Geena chuckled.
Shuni waved shyly, squirming close to Ashton.  "She's nice," he whispered to Ashton.

Gaster returned. "Can I get you anything, Geena? Something to drink?" He offered.

Ashton just watched Geena quietly. He wasn't sure he trusted her yet, so for now, he would watch and wait.

Geena shook her head.  "I just wanted to drop by and give you those.  I don't want to intrude on your family time."

Shuni snuggled up next to Ashton, watching Geena quietly.  Lex dropped onto the couch next to Ashton and joined the audience.

"You weren't interrupting anything." Gaster assured her. "I was just finishing cleaning the kitchen after lunch when you dropped by."

"Well," she hesitated then winked.  "How about a cup of coffee?"

Gaster smiled and laughed. "Coming right up." He said and went to the kitchen to make some coffee.

Geena turned to face the three watchers.  "I only bite people who are being annoying in the cafe."

Ashton nodded, but still didn't say anything. While what the lady said may be true, it didn't mean he could trust her.

Geena indicated the other couch.  "May I sit?"
"Knock yourself out," Lex shrugged.

Gaster brought coffee out not too long after Geena sat. "Cream? Sugar?" He offered.

"Black is fine, thank you," Geena said, accepting the cup.  "So... your sons are... delightful.  Very chatty."
For som reason, Lex didn't correct her.  What was the point?

Gaster frowned. "Usually Shuni is. Shuni and Paul, but Paul is at school."

Ashton looked over at Lex. What should they do? Talk, or remain quiet?

Lex just shrugged.  He had no clue what the answer was.
Shuni smiled again, still shyly pressing against Ashton.

"It looks like they just need to warm up a bit," Geena smiled.  "Meeting a couple times at the lab and the cafe isn't enough to form a bond of trust, is it, Shuni?"
Shuni shook his head then blushed.

Gaster chuckled softly. "I suppose so." He sipped his own cup of coffee.

"How is True doing?" Geena asked.

"I think he is doing better." Gaster said. He gave Lex a questioning look. Gaster knew the redhead was the last one there to have seen True.

"He and Kat passed out together," Lex answered.

Gaster nodded some. "Sleep will do him good."

"She talked him into taking it," Lex added.
Geena gave him a curious look.

"Pain medicine." Gaster answered. "And that should help a lot."
