Ace rubbed his chest " depends." he muttered

Death shrugged " when your rorged by the god of war and the god of the underworld, you have issues." he teased, "so your blade like normal, ok... thats all."

Lande nodded respectfully. "Ah, all right then." He looked around a little. "Will, ah, will I be able to start soon?"

Crane walked in " I would like to file a complaint as I am pretty sure I just died." then paused " or something.... and I don't like the or something... so.... what stack of papper is the reaper complaints or does that have its own room now?"

Ace shrugged " rooms... last time i checked it was a whole diminution on to itself."

"Hello Crane." Lande offered in a friendly greeting. "I am under the same employers as you now."

Crane's experssion changed from mild amusment to something sad, before a lop sided grin spread on his face " all, right but at your funeral I refuse to ware a tie, and my tears have dried up centuries ago." he sighed, " welcome to the force.." he sighed " I am getting to old for this Death, can't imagine you would consider retirment for reapers." he then laughed " but that is what we are, and what we are defines what we do... and what we are, defines us... and our unavoidable ends... so I play my fair share, and though I find time my friend, it is clearly my foe... and to quote the famous poet poe, Quoth the raven nevermore, for I fear, I have gotten colder to my core... and one day, I fear I will be the last of my kind, to stay... " he looked at them with hooded eyes " tell me, death, and lord of time, Why, do I exist, when there is nothing for me anymore." he said softly " tell me why the cursed blade fell for me? Tell me why she in her rage and wrath chose me? Why? of all the blades the gods have forged, did this unholly blade find thee? " he said slipping into old English " Thine honor is bound to thee, thine heart, is what it is, but honestly and forth with do what, did she the goddess of death and pain choose thee?" he seemed to stand there for a moment more before coninuing "Why? of all the souls she could have cursed did the blade Crimson moon decided I was her master?" he said then sighed " but a blade is a cold hearted thing, and all those with a spirit, weep for those they loved, and thus shall never fall, does she fear my death, to weep in that honored hall, or is it, her pride, that keeps me here... just like her name sake the blood moon, strikes fear, does she devour it? " he shrugged " I do not want your pitty, not the pitty of gods, or of man, I just want what was... So I ask you Oh lord of time, and not my sovern god, you can make things out of mist and time, and see the sorrow in all. Send me what I need to feel again... and prehaps I would not loath my existance, nor this blade that insists that I exist, for ever and all time." he said ending his speach, but not really honestly doing much to wiat for an answer, as he was all ready walking down the hall.

Death looked at the wood of his desk, a odd look on his face, and then said quite pained, " No one knows, what makes a blade choose their master, and only some will speak to answer. But what haunts me the most, is the fact he just said he's dead inside. All most poetically musing why?"

Ace frowned deeply " Tick tock, that times and that clock.. " he shrugged " So, dear Lande, what is one thing, that would heal a broken heart, and play its part in thawing out our dead friend? Tick tock, I think your now on the clock."

Lande considered the question deeply. "They say misery loves company, but how does one find company when they do not with the presence of others, especially close?" He countered softly before standing. "If you would please excuse me, I believe you gave me a job to do my best to remain at Crane's side, and I fully intend to fulfill that job to the best of my abilities." He bowed a little to the gods, as such politeness was custom in his home world, and strode out of the room and down the hall after Crane. As he walked, he shifted his clothes into something more modern: a dark and soft long sleeved tee in a navy blue, black jeans, combat boots, and some dog tags like from the army now softly clinked around his neck. "Keforiel." He called to Crane in his native tongue. "Do wait up please. I do not yet know the way back to the mortal world."

Crane shrugged, " its just a matter of thinking you are there." he said " and then like poof." he shrugged " I am going to have to teach you how to do that aren't I?' he mused " its like having a puppy but with a scythe... "

Death looked at Ace " you basically sent Lande on a mission to find the worlds oldest batchlor a wife? "

Ace grinned " Yes, our little matchmaker should do well "

Death rolled his eyes " Oh yes, Reaper matchmaker of the stars... I can see the soap opra unfold now." he mused " but ya, the Little Aunin has his work cut out for him, If Crane in 500 years hasn't found some one he wants to date, this could be a long and tidious task."

Ace snorted " it will be amusing."

Later:

Crane flopped on Ory's couch, staring at Eric who was now half sitting half perched, head cocked iwth a sandwich. He stared at the crow shifter, sighed heavily, and just sat there.

Erik continued to stare sandiwch half poised to his mouth " Ory I think maybe we should offer him a sandiwch.... or something, I am still confused as to why their is a reaper on our couch." he said blinking.

Crane noted that the whole thing with Erik having a heart attack had been earased so that was nice.He shurgged as he continued to stare, and then posed the question to Erik " why?"

Lande chuckled and followed Crane. "I know how to fixate on people and go to them rather than a place." He admitted truthfully.

Later:

Lande slowly made his way back to the couch, having looked over most everything in the apartment without getting too weird or personal. He had been curious. He looked over to the crow-man when he spoke and offered food.

"I can make some more sandwiches." Timore agreed. "What does the big bad reaper want?"

Crane shrugged " did you know there is an Aunin apparently glued to my hip now?" he said somewhat amused " how will I ever look at my collection of porn."

Erik narrowed his eyes " He can have a cold shower, don't listen to him hun, just get him a sandwich..." then looked at him " He's just really attempting to get a rise, out of us, attention, why are you hear?"

Crane cocked his head " thats a good question, I think I am having a midlife crisis."

Erik looked at him " ah..... define midlife for you?"

Crane stood and shrugged " Well, I guess I will go and get something sweet, maybe I can buy a swim suit magazine and call it a day."

Erik rose an eye brow " pretending to be some one else to day Crane?"

Crane sighed " its not working for me either..." he said and simply jumped out the window. Called up " I am fine, my mortality is indefinate, " then whimpered " and that hit me recently." he said as he now continued to walk. He turned down grumpies road, and walked right in, as grumpy opened the door.

Grumpy blinked " why is their now a reaper in my house?' he said amusingly " you hear to end the neibors? " he silently hopped

Crane shrugged " no but some one else will be bye for them, I can feel their time is short." he sighed " soon they will kill each other in cold blood, no reaper will be needed, but I am sure The lovely Aunin will check to see."

"Would you like me to?" Lande offered. "I could check on them with my scythe easily."

Crane mused " Go play." he said as he slumped on Grumpies couch " whats it like to have no memory of nothing, oh HI shade. hows it going.." he said then blinked got sad again and then said " Ok, I can't seem to talk to anyone, and I am about ready to leap through my ever loving skin... " he said " Shade doesn't have female friends does she?" he said musingly " or you.... or are you two dating."

Grumpy blushed " no, but first dibs get your own girl who randomly waltzs in."

Crane frowned. " the problem with that is well... I ... Crap, I think I will just bother lily." he said getting up and leaving

Grumpy looked at Shade " I think the resident Reaper, is lonely." he mused " and I am going to pretend he said nothing about my memory."

Crane showed up at lily's just poofed and looked at Reeves " is the witch in?" he asked

Lily riased an eyebrow " your not taking him, and I won't go quietly." she said from the kitchen.

Crane snorted " go ware?" then sighed " I can't seem to talk to any one, and I want to talk to some one, and I ... I feel like.... " he said " like crap... "

Lilly smiled sweettly hooked a finger in his shirt, pulled him down and stared into his eyes, " awe, you poor baby.... " she said softly letting him go " You lost your family all those years ago, and the hurt in your heart has pretty much frozen over, it will hurt still but your so lonely and lost, poor thing.. you waited to long and now you can't find the words can you.. " she sat in Reeves lap " its so sad, " cuddling into reeves " the poor thing, you waited to long Crane Pyromania, if you had after fifty years or even 100 years tried, to say those words, they would have came hun, but.." she sniffled " Oh reeves, " she said cuddling into him " to have waited so long, to long, the words aren't even their, to be said, he's lost his humanity, his self, his everything, the wounds in his heart haven't healed time froze them over, our buddy boy reaper is dead in side a shadow of what he was, adrift, and so lonely its like seeing the tundra first hand."

Lande summoned his scythe, but didn't check anything until after he went with Crane to Lilly's and heard the tale of woe the older reaper had weaved. He waved his hand over the mirror like side of his blade and looked in to try and find a potential date for his friend. Lande could feel his scythe's grumbling over such a mundane and non violent use, but Lande ignored it. His job was to try and ease the misery Crane felt, and if this would help, so be it. "Have you thought of first trying to get a pet?" He asked Crane as he looked. "I think some people feel happiness from owning a dog."

Crane looked at lande " why do I want a doggy I have you."

( is sad about not having reeve response, or a shade responce grumpy was talking to her... is a sad little howl)

Lande laughed softly. "Usually its not one you can carry out conversations with."

Reeve hugged Lilly from behind. "Come on man. Sometimes you just need to be thrown off your bike and kicked in the sick before you find a decent enough girl."

Shades face was pink at the idea of dating Grumpy. "Wonder if we can help him." She thought aloud.

Crane rolled his eyes " But whats the point, I have you Lande and I bet you like ear scritches just as much." he said looking at Reeves " I don't have a bike, and honestly don't want kicked in the junk.... "

Lilly giggled " Thats because you don't want a fire cracker for a wife." she kissed reeves " reeves does apparently."

Grumpy frowned " I am kinda worried about him, I get the sense I owe him something, and honestly that is just meh."

Erik frowned " Ory you think something is wrong with Crane?"

Lande paused and thought, seeming to be having a crisis. "I dont think I've ever had my ears scratched before...." He realized.

Reece grinned wickedly. "Well, that's to find a woman that can keep me in line if need be." He flicked his tail and kissed Lilly's neck.

Shade sighed a little. "He seems like a decent enough guy. If he opened up a little more, I have no doubt he could get a good girl."

Timore considered and shrugged. "To be honest? I wouldn't know. I can't get a good read on the guy. Lande.... he was concerned and worried. I know that much."

Crane looked horrified at Lande. " omg.... " then shrugged flopped on the floor of lilly's livng room and pouted " I met my wife, on the road to a tiny little town, in the middle of this old and ancient forest, she was sweet and loving, and tender despite everything that happened to her, and I was half dead.... she had a little girl then about a month old, a product of horrible rape... I adopted her, I have no clue ware she's gotten too, and I don't think I want to find out." he said, " I have a theory she's the master of puppets, and that her real father is one of her puppets... it would kill me to see Amber, and I think she knows this, as in the 520 years of her life, she looks like her mother. My little girl, the one that was mine, she passed away when Amber was 20 and my litle girl was 6."

Lilly frowned " why don't you go to a bar, and pick up chicks."


Pickles looked at spring trap as she came in " guess what sexy!" she said smiling at him " I got the stuff, " she teased brightly.

Lande frowned as he looked into his scythe. "Well, before Crane goes bar hopping, does he want to help me take care of something? In my world, Aunin typically don't along with the Re, and I would love to make sure the one I just found won't be a nusciance." He smiled a little at Crane. "And this one is a girl."

"Mmmmm...." Reeve murmured. "Last time I did that, was how I got my psychotic stalker."


Springtrap was confused a moment before he remembered. "The skin stuff?" He asked.

Pickles grinned " Yes it is." she smiled sitting in his lap and pulling a spray can " in convienant spray form" she smiled sweetly " best part is it won't stick to your real skin, so I can spray all I want, its only going to go ware the metal bits are. she giggled " and its designed to blend in which is nice." she smiled " also were thinking of marketing it as spray on condoms, since its non toxic, microb proof, and won't attach to living tissue, will attach to scar tissue, and if it gets damaged peal off and re spray." she grinned " take off your shirt studdly."

Crane looked at him " whats a what ever you said?" then glared at Reeve " but I can kill my stalkers and no one would call me a murder."

Lilly giggled " he has a point"

Springtrap raised an eyebrow at the condom part, but pulled off his shirt. There was still a good amount of healing scar tissue lacing across his torso from all the lacerations and surgies that were needed.

"Where Aunin are death, Re are life." Lande explained simply. "My job was to end lives and sheppard souls, and the Re helped life grow and become strong. Our species never always got along well."

"Well then, I consider you lucky on that front." Reeve retorted.

Lilly giggled " its ok babe, I have a licends to kill."

Crane nodded" scary." he shrugged " doesn't really interest me." he said. shrugging.

Pickles grinned, and took off the nasty old fake skin, and sprayed on the new, it matched perfectly " Ok testing." she said running her hand sexily against the parts. " hmm now big guy off with your pants."

Reeve purred and lightly bit Lilly's ear. "Sexy."

"Seeing as they can create giant plants hungry enough and able to eat you, yes, they can actually be kind of scary." Lande said dryly and stood. "I'll be back."

Springtrap looked a little curious, although he still seemed a little ill at ease with the robotics to start with. He pulled off his pants. "Boxers too?"

Pickles grinned " yes please." she teased. " how else will I be able to spray this on properly, and of course test its function. " she said smiling, " besides, your boxers do get in the way."

Springtrap nodded and got in his birthday suit for Pickles, blushing just a little in his self consciousness. He tried to remain as still as possible.

Pickles smiled like this was an every day thing, and pealed off the old and sprayed the new. Then grinned wickidly as she gave his willy a kiss.
